Artwork / File Submission Guidelines & Quality Disclaimer
Last updated: October 13, 2026
The quality of your finished print depends heavily on the quality of the files you supply. Please read these guidelines carefully.
1. Accepted File Formats
Preferred: PDF (print-ready, with fonts embedded or outlined), high-resolution TIFF, or native Adobe formats (AI, INDD, PSD) when requested. Other formats may be accepted at our discretion but may require conversion.
2. Resolution and Colour
- Images should be at least 300 DPI at final print size.
- Provide files in CMYK colour mode for best results. RGB files will be converted and may shift in appearance.
- Include bleed (typically 0.125" / 3 mm) where required and keep critical content inside the safe margin.
3. Fonts and Text
Embed or outline all fonts. Convert text to outlines when possible to avoid font substitution.
4. Customer Responsibility – Quality Disclaimer
Print Six Solutions is not responsible for print quality issues that result from low-resolution images, incorrect colour mode, missing fonts, insufficient bleed, design errors, spelling or grammatical mistakes, or any other deficiency in Customer Content. The quality of the print is directly dependent on the quality of the source file you provide. By submitting files and approving a proof (or waiving proofing), you accept responsibility for the final appearance of the product within normal industry tolerances.
5. File Security
Do not upload files containing malware or other harmful code. We reserve the right to reject files that pose a security risk.
