Terms of Service
Last updated: October 13, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you”) and Print Six Solutions (“Print Six Solutions,” “we,” “us”), a business located in Ontario, Canada, governing your access to and use of our website, ordering platform, and custom printing services (the “Services”). By accessing the website, creating an account, uploading files, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.
1. About Print Six Solutions
Print Six Solutions is a commercial print shop based in Ontario that produces custom printed materials in-house at competitive rates and serves customers across Canada. All products are made to order based on specifications and files you provide or approve.
2. Eligibility
You must be of the age of majority in your province or territory and have capacity to contract. If acting for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
- All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to sales tax based on the delivery province (Ontario 13% HST for pickup and Ontario delivery; 14–15% HST in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador and Prince Edward Island; 5% GST elsewhere in Canada). Prices may change until an order is confirmed and paid.
- Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders are not accepted or put into production until payment has been received.
- We accept credit cards through Stripe and Interac e-Transfer. A 3% credit card processing fee applies to all credit card transactions — this 3% fee is only for credit card transactions (calculated on the order subtotal plus shipping and shown as its own line item before you pay; applicable sales tax is then calculated on the subtotal, shipping, and processing fee). Interac e-Transfer has no processing fee (0% fee): send the order total to printsixsolutions@gmail.com (auto-deposit is enabled) with your order number in the message. Card data is handled by our payment processor; we do not store full payment card numbers.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, prohibited content, or technical errors.
- For internet agreements under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, we provide the required pre-contract disclosures and will supply a written copy of the agreement (e.g., order confirmation email) within the required period.
5. Customer Content and Intellectual Property
- Your Content: You retain ownership of all files, designs, text, images, and other materials you submit (“Customer Content”). By submitting Customer Content you grant Print Six Solutions a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify (solely for production purposes such as formatting or colour adjustment), and display the Customer Content solely as necessary to fulfill your order and related support.
- Your Representations: You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to submit the Customer Content and authorize Print Six Solutions to print and deliver it; (b) the Customer Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; (c) the Customer Content does not contain illegal or prohibited material; and (d) you have obtained all required consents for any personal information appearing in the Customer Content.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Print Six Solutions and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your Customer Content or your breach of these Terms.
- Refusal Rights: We may refuse to print or may cancel any order that we reasonably believe contains illegal, infringing, harmful, or otherwise prohibited content. In such cases we may refund amounts paid for unproduced work, less costs already incurred.
6. Proofing and Approval
Where proofs are provided, you are solely responsible for reviewing and approving them. Production will not begin until you approve the proof (or waive proofing). Once approved, you accept responsibility for the accuracy of content, layout, colours (within industry tolerances), spelling, and all other aspects of the printed product. Minor variations in colour, trim, and finishing are inherent to printing processes and do not constitute defects.
7. Production, Shipping, and Risk of Loss
Turnaround times are estimates and begin after proof approval (if applicable) and full payment. Shipping is arranged through third-party carriers (primarily Canada Post and/or approved couriers). Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery. Once items have been delivered and proof of delivery (for example, carrier tracking showing delivery, a delivery photo or a signature) has been sent to you, neither Print Six Solutions nor the carrier is responsible for loss, theft or damage to the items. Before delivery, we will reasonably assist with any carrier claim for delay, loss or damage in transit. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for more detail. Under Ontario rules, if we do not deliver within the stated timeframe or within 30 days where no date is specified, additional cancellation rights may apply.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Reprints
Because products are custom-made to your specifications, our Returns & Reprints Policy (incorporated by reference) strictly limits returns and refunds. Reprints are provided only when the issue is due to Print Six Solutions’ error and will be replaced within seven (7) business days of validated claim, subject to that Policy. Statutory rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act (for example, where goods are not as described or delivery fails) are not excluded.
9. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Services to upload or request printing of content that is illegal under Canadian law, that promotes violence or illegal activity, that constitutes child sexual abuse material, that infringes third-party rights, that contains malware, or that otherwise violates these Terms. We reserve the right to report illegal content to authorities.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” Print Six Solutions DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE PROHIBITED BY THE ONTARIO CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT OR OTHER MANDATORY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS BEYOND THE APPROVED SPECIFICATIONS OR THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Print Six Solutions’ TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO ANY ORDER OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL Print Six Solutions BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Print Six Solutions harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Services, your Customer Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Provisions that by their nature should survive shall survive termination.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
15. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be effective upon posting or as otherwise required by law. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted.
16. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Returns & Reprints Policy, Cookie Notice, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and any order-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
