Proofing & Approval Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
This Policy explains how digital (and, where offered, hard-copy) proofs work at Print Six Solutions.
1. When Proofs Are Provided
For most custom jobs we provide a digital proof (PDF or on-screen preview) for your review before production. Hard-copy proofs may be available for an additional fee and extended timeline where offered.
2. Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for carefully reviewing every aspect of the proof, including but not limited to: spelling, grammar, contact information, layout, images, colours (within the limitations of screen-to-print conversion), trim marks, and finishing notes. Once you approve a proof (or explicitly waive the proof stage), production will proceed and you accept the product as approved.
3. Production Start
Production does not begin until we have received your written or electronic approval of the proof (or a clear waiver) and full payment. Delays in approval will delay the production schedule.
4. Changes After Approval
Changes requested after approval may not be possible or may incur additional charges and timeline adjustments. Contact us immediately if you discover an error after approval but before production has advanced significantly.
5. Colour and Screen Limitations
Colours viewed on a monitor (RGB) will not exactly match printed output (CMYK). We aim for industry-standard colour accuracy but cannot guarantee exact matches to uncalibrated screens or previous print runs from other vendors.
